Hey all, just replied to the support team's email, they asked me to do this:

Kindly follow the suggested steps below for us to reconnect your camera:

    • Unplug the camera from the power outlet
    • Disconnect/Detach the camera from the wired/battery mount
    • Disconnect/Detach the camera from the white cover by gently pushing the camera out from the inside.
    • Leave the camera disconnected for 30 minutes/1 hour.
    • After an hour reconnect the camera to the wired/battery mount without the camera cover and make sure that the LOGI icon is at 3 o'clock position
    • Re-plug the camera to the power outlet near the router. The camera and the mobile phone/device should be within 5-10 feet from the router.
    • Reset the Circle 2 camera. Locate the reset button on the right side of your Circle 2 camera, located opposite the speaker hole.. Press and hold the reset button and release when you see a blinking/alternating purple and dark GREEN LED light.
    • Once you will see the DARK GREEN LED light you may release the reset button of the camera since that means that the camera was reset successfully already.
    • Check if the camera will boot up on it's own and if it will show BLUE led afterwards. If the camera will not boot up on it's own, please unplug and re-plug the camera to reboot it manually the check if the camera will blink BLUE afterwards.  If the camera is battery powered please detach the camera from the battery then reconnect it to reboot the camera manually.
    • If the camera will show the Blue blinking led, please proceed with adding the camera to the Circle app.

But it never blinks blue....recorded a video

I have a wired circle 2 camera which stays on blinking yellow light even after resetting and unplugging. This appears to be a known problem with the wifi connection of the camera. What are my options?
