    I have the same issue here. Trying to connect to a new WiFi network in Ireland. Could you share the resolution with me or create a new ticket please?

    I have the same problem too. Isp modem/router software has been updated recently.

    Any solution? Suggestions please. How to troubleshoot?

    I changed the WPA security settings on the Wifi network and it still didn't work. So then I left it for a few weeks and tried it again and it worked... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ So maybe it was the security settings or maybe not.

    I can't remember which order I did things, I reset and created a new login too. One of the issues I still have is when I open the app it asks me to login then brings me to a webpage (on iPhone) and prompts me back to the app in an infinite loop. I close the app and reopen it and then it works. Very strange and annoying. However it eventually works.
