    Would be nice to share some help here since this is a widespread problem.... Just got my camera - during first zoom meeting it just kept flickering - not what you'd expect from a 200.00 webcam. Been using a 30.00  lifecam for years without issue.

    My drivers are all up to date.

    I switched my camera from a front usb port on my thinkstation to a rear port and the problem seems to be gone... I'll update if it comes back. Also I'd recommend trying a different cable if that does not work...

    Thanks for your information.  

    I had my Brio plugged into a "back of case" USB from the beginning.  I contacted customer service and they replaced the camera for me.  I initially had flickering also with it too.  It seems by using a 3rd party software it stops the flickering issue.

     

    I us OBS Studio 3rd Party software for your reference.  Too bad Logitech can't seem to correct this issue right out of the box.

    I don't know the cause of the flickering specifically, but seems to be an incompatibility with Windows 10 pro, which is my O.S.

    -Certifique-se de que o dispositivo está conectado diretamente
    -Certifique-se de que todos os drivers e SO estejam atualizados
    -Atualização de Firmware
    -Aplicativos usados onde o problema ocorre com
    -Para testar com um aplicativo diferente, se necessário
    -Se um software está sendo usado
    -Sugerido para ajustar a configuração Anti-Flicker no LogiTune
    -Para testar em outro PC

    Por favor me informe o resultado
