    hi, I have the exact same issue. quality in Teams is VERY poor, and Logicapture is not returning any image (when selected in Teams). autofocus seems not to be working very well (even with it on, focus seems off), and quality in general is not usable! I read other users downgrading the Logicapture software, but that seems like a poor workaround... why do you need to debug a 100$ web cam from one of the largest providers in the world!? After wasting so much time with this, I'm seriously reconsidering my vendor choice...

    Hi Andrei, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about your experience with our product. We request you to open Logitech Capture and make all the necessary setting changes and in Microsoft Teams, change the Device Settings > Camera from HD Pro Webcam C922 to Logi Capture.

    Also, regards with auto focus we request you to download capture and  Click the switch on the right to turn AUTO off. Once it is turned off, you can drag the AUTO FOCUS slider to adjust the plane of focus, also make sure capture is running in the background.
