Circle View, no/low audio in iOS14

    Same problem. I have power cycled and removed and repaired the camera. Still no audio coming from the cam. I have the latest release of IOS14 public release.

    Same. I’ve had the beta for a while and it’s worked. But something must’ve just changed because now neither myself or my fiancée who just updated her phone can hear. If I listen to a recording, it’s there and sounds great. It’s just the live stream that the mic has cut off

    I just bought a circle view today and have the same problem. I can't hear any audio from the camera on my phone. My phone is a brand new iPhone 12 pro max. Same happens on my wife's phone. We are both on iOS14.

    Is there any update on this or should I return the camera to Apple?

    I was able to get the camera working be removing from HomeKit, powering down the camera for a couple minutes, and setting it up again. I had to do this process again about a month ago when I was randomly seeing a red tint in the camera. Not sure what the issue is, but following the remove, power down, setup has now fixed two issues with the camera for me. I, personally, wouldn't return it for a different camera. I've only had the two issues, and the advantages of HomeKit Secure Video make it more than worth it to me, your milage/willingness may vary. I use a mix of the Circle View and Aqara G2H both connected to HomeKit Secure Video.

    I have the same problem with all my circle 2 cameras. Power cycling did not help.

    Hallo ich habe vier Circle View Kameras.
    Der Ton von aufgezeichneten beziehungsweise Livestream Videos ist zu leise.
    Bei den früheren Circle-2 Kameras war der Ton gut zu verstehen.
    Bei den neuen Circle View Kameras kann ich zwar sprechen und ich werde auch über die Kamera-Lautsprecher gut verstanden.
    Wenn ich spreche höre ich auch meinen Ton mit leichtem Echo mit. Spricht die Person welche im Bild ist, kann ich sie nicht verstehen, da der Ton zu leise auf meinem Mobile, bzw. Mac zu leise ist.
    Ich verwende auf allen Geräten die neuste Software.
