    To install your webcam on your computer, simply plug in the Camera's USB cable into an available USB port on your computer. HD Webcam C270 utilizes the built in computer's drivers so there are no additional software required to use your camera in most applications.

    Please perform the following troubleshooting steps and reply to this email with the outcome for us to further isolate the issue.

    1. Re-seat to another USB 2.0 port. Bypass the use of KVM switch boxes, port replicators, docking stations, and USB hubs if any.
    2. Prefer using USB 2.0 rather than USB 3.0 ports.
    3. Try to launch the webcam on another application so that we can check if it is only happening on a certain app or not.
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the Logitech Webcam Software https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360024838793-Downloads-Webcam-C210.
    5. Try a different computer so that we can check if it is only happening on a different computer or not.
