    Did you get this resolved.  I can't find any support on logitech for webcam.  Very poor...nonexistant support.  Do I need to return?

    HELLO !

    I HAVE C920 AND MY CAMERA DIDENT RESPONDED ONLY MIC WAS DETECTED BUT THE CAMERA WAS NOT DETECTED NOT BY THE LOGITECH-CAPTURE AND NOT BY WINDOWS .
    I DOWNLOADED THE NEW UPDATE-CAMERA-DRIVER BUT NO CHANGE , STILL NO RECOGNIZE .

    SO I EVENTUALLY UNDERSTOOD THE HOLE SITUATION WAS BLOCKED IN THE WINDOWS-OPTIONS , CAMERA .
