    Just looking at a similar problem myself.  It seems you need to go onto the Logitech support site and enter the model number (M/N) which you'll find on the label on the usb cable (U-V0028).

    Look for Webcam and driver support page

    Eventually work out the software for your camera (Probably LWS 2.80)

    Download and install that.  There's some awful user interface (Go to Advanced settings for marginally better) which allows you to control the zoom.

    You then come up with my problem - it installs the Logitech drivers, but then complains that you're using the Windows generic drivers).

    Logitech don't make it easy!

    The other option is Logitech Capture, which does allow zoom - but lags your video and audio going to the application since it's a pipeline.
