I have 4 Logitech - two 700e and two 700n. All work fine. I purchased these several years ago directly from Logitech. These work fine.
However, I am having a problem with the Web and Mobile Commander setup and usage which I just recently purchased directly from Logitech on 7/8/20. I have been trying to address since then without luck - Ticket 3583411
I downloaded and added the current alert commander app from Apple into a new iMac (macOS Catalina ver. 10.15.6)- signing in with my account. It won’t work at all.
The system finds the cameras and shows live pictures in the Settings/cameras section. I also get an alert (with picture) directly on my iMac. However, for each camera when attempting to configure the settings (or simply add the default settings for each camera), when the Apply button is hit I keep getting a message: “Your recent changes were not applied. An unexpected error occurred and we are unable to establish a connection. Please try again later”. This has continued since 7/8/20.
When I open the app, it shows 0 cameras. Each time all 4 cameras are “found” with the applicable label for each (ie front camera) and a live picture shows in the dialogue box. It just won’t accept the “Apply”. And the problem simply repeats.
When I login and try to use from iPhone/iPad the message is that no cameras are configured.
Not sure what to do - my whole system is useless and the key function I just purchased for the Web and Mobile Commander doesn’t work at all.
