    Dear customer,

To switch the devices you have to change the profiles manually with the easy switch button on the mouse. The feature you have requested is not available, however we will pass the feedback to the appropriate team as your opinion matters to us.

I have the same situation. My work laptop is on VPN so I can't use flow. I'd love it if the selection switch on the keyboard told Options to also switch the mouse.

I have the MX Keys keyboard, and the MX Anywhere 3 mouse. Have to switch both each time is clumsy, and having to flip the mouse over to switch it is doubly so.

i'm gonna dogpile on this thread (in fact I came by the forum to see if there were any discussions on it). I've got the MX2 Master mouse and MX Keys. Been really happy in general but I wish the selector buttons on the keyboard could also switch the mouse. Synergy sometimes works but i've got the VPN issues the others mentioned.

Same here - flow is actually pretty useless since most users working with two notebooks have one device connected to the company vpn, so the easy-switch does not work automatically across logitech input devices.

I'm having the same issue. MX Keys should have an OPTION to switch the MX Master 3 (or other Logitech Mouse) when you use it's 'Easy Switch' feature.

Bijit S can you tell us if this feature is in the works? I've seen this problem posted constantly across various forms. It has to be a relatively straightforward request. I'm a software engineer by trade. I work at enterprise clients. I understand this is not trivial... but can we at least know if any progress is being made here? Is it on the road map?

This issue has me half ready to return both the MX Keys & MX Master 3 as I bought them specifically assuming this feature was obvious enough that it MUST be implemented. It seems nearly as obvious as a mouse points considering Logitech's focus on the concept of 'Flow' between devices.

Same issue for me...a few months ago I bought MX Keys and MX Master 3 because the Logitech site made it seem like one total button press is all it took to switch mouse AND keyboard. Flow is nice but doesn't play with my work VPN and assumes monitors are not also being shared across devices (I toggle mine between work and personal).

I made a phone call to Logitech then to request the feature, but am also jumping on this thread to hopefully expedite things.

Logitech devs, please implement this before I send another wrong message to one of my coworkers because I got my wires crossed between all the button switching :)

We are living in 21c and I have no idea why this technology is not possible yet.

I like the action of the MX key and i've been a fan of the MX mice for a long time and the wireless is almost a requirement for me but as far as the multi-device goes it feels like I would be better off just using a USB switch

    Hello,

thx for Logitech Flow. But as all others have been written I would like switch keyboard and mouse at once.

I could not figure out how to enable Flow with my Work Laptop (Firewall / VPN which I cannot change) and my private PC (Firewall / VPN).

    Thx Gerd

Why is this not a feature yet? I bought this combo because it seemed like this was the functionality, but alas. Logitech never changes, great hardware with half-assed software.

Please! I know it's not easy for you guys to implement this feature but it's gonna be a game changer.

For some reason Logitech thinks switching BOTH keyboard and mouse at the same time is not a fundamentally commonsensical no-brainer feature to include in their "Keyboard and Mouse Combo" with "Multi-Device Mastery" (I using the MK850 combo).

    This is borderline false advertising.

    Hi Nicholas,

Thanks for reaching out. Please try the below troubleshooting steps:

It is not possible to use one Easy-Switch button to at the same time change both your mouse and keyboard to a different computer/device.

We do understand that this is a feature that a lot of customers would like. If you are switching between Apple macOS and/or Microsoft Windows computers, we offer Flow. Flow allows you to control multiple computers with a Flow-enabled mouse. Flow automatically switches between computers by moving your cursor to the edge of the screen, and the keyboard follows.

In other cases where Flow is not applicable, one Easy-Switch button for both mouse and keyboard might look like a simple answer. However, we cannot guarantee this solution at the moment, as it is not easy to implement.

In case you need any additional support, please write back to us.

Thank you for your reply Siddharth S

If I knew I couldn't do a one button switch, I wouldn't have bought the damn thing. As I said, borderline false advertising. Imagine if the Flow feature is such that when your mouse move to the other computer and your keyboard doesn't follow. It's that absurd.

Hey Siddharth, what about a heads up on this? I mean, this request is hanging around for a while now, and that this is still not implemented does not put your product owner and dev teams in a good light tbh.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

“ it is not easy to implement.”

Laziest excuse ever. 1) Keyboard initiates change of device and relays this to a computer running Logi Options. 2) Logi Options acknowledges this and relays the command to the mouse. 3) Mouse changes device.

It’s all there. The underlying communication already exists between all the devices. It really can’t be that hard to implement. Your management is either choosing to ignore this obvious feature, are too cheap to direct resources at it, or are completely oblivious to it’s necessity.

My guess is that this feature is being reserved for a future product, so that we will all be forced to buy a couple hundred dollars of new devices first. Boooo!

EDIT: or how about just opening up an API so enthusiasts can write the darn code for you, if it’s really too hard for Logi to direct resources toward?
