Circle view no response on home kit

    I have the exact same problem -- my Circle 2 cameras have availability and reliability problems when viewing through the Home app. The most common problem I have is extended viewing of a camera feed through the Home app -- after about 3 minutes, the image goes black and the camera reports as "No Response" in Home. This happens consistently on my iOS devices (all running iOS 14.2) and my MacBook Pro running Big Sur. I cannot get consistent performance and have to quit the app and relaunch to continue viewing. I _feel_ like it's a HomeKit Secure Video issue, but not sure as I don't have any other brand of HomeKit-enabled cameras to try for comparison.

    Hi Chris, 

     

    What i seem to have found is i had too many devices on my WiFi network (20 in total) 

    Causing my router to kick off my cameras or not allow them the bandwidth to record or display an image. 

     

    If you have the Circle 2 camera then you can use the Logitech app to view the camera . If you have the circle view camera then I’d try reducing the amount of devices on your WiFi, it’ll be more than you think.
