    I also have this problem of a camera suddenly displaying in purple. Please post a solution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have three cameras. One doesn’t work anymore, and the other always has this red color after a power failure or doesn’t connect to the W-Lan anymore. If you disconnect the camera from the power for 5 minutes, the camera will work again. But the problem keeps coming up. You have the right to return the camera, which I would do too and request a new one.

    My logitech circle view (I’ve had it for about five months) started recording and displaying in purple just today. It’s sheltered from heat and rain. What’s going on?
