LogiCapture rstart required splash screen

Hi,

 

can't install Logi Capture software for my Brio anymore.

I get the restart required splash screen after clicking the exe.

Restart doesn't solve the issue. Cleaning up the registry doesn't help either.

 

using Win 10 (1909)

 

Any help please.

  Still no resolution. I've update the fw already to the latest and tried the latest version of logi capture as well. But no success. I'm pretty sure that this is blocked by an orphan registry entry or old dlls which where not properly deleted during the uninstall process. I've tried to disconnect the internet and deactivated the firewall but without success. Reinstall windows is no option. Currently I use OBS to setup the cam and stream. Settings like HDR are senseless for streaming in my opinion. Update the firmware is possible with logitune since the latest version.

  The problem is a bug in the logi installer. You should google for "LogiCaptureSetupNeedReboot"
