    Dear Jay,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about your experience with the MX Master 3 and M720 Triathlon Mouse.

Please try the steps shared in the links shared below:

    1. Erratic cursor movement

    2. Mouse lag issue with Bluetooth

    3. Cleaning Logitech mice

If the issue still persists post trying the troubleshooting steps, then please reach out to our Logitech support and we will be happy to address the concern.

    Regards,

    Bijit

Prem L I just wanted to add my voice here too. The reason why people are so frustrated, is that it has been more than a year by 2 or 3 months, since the first Apple Silicon Macs were released; and there is hasn't been ANY pro-active communication about support of Apple Silicon. Also, frustrating is that the new "Logi Options +" driver application, which is in Beta testing, is not even a Universal app. How could the newest version of software in active development, not support Apple Silicon?

    Hi Prem L,

I noticed your last reply is mostly the same (actually is copy paste) as your answer from 1 month ago.

We demand actions, not "diplomatic answers". Over 1 year passed and we still do not have a proper solution working on Apple Silicon, this is frustrating for all users!

I personally do not blame you (just an employee), but I would appreciate you send this feedback to your supervisor. "In the near future" is simply not good enough!

    With regards,

    Andy

Unbelievable! Over 1 year passed and we still do not have a solution working on M1 family.
    Really disappointed.

Seems they created a beta of Logitec Option+ (Universal app) with Apple Silicon Support:

    Hello!

What is the status of Logitech Options for Apple Silicon?

This is the only Intel (x86) app I still have on my Apple Silicon Mac.

Do we have any estimation of when this will be available?

Fully agree with danmills above. And I want to add something too. Another reason why people are so frustrated, is that for so long, Logi has been using a useless solution to respond to people's questions, despite that people have re-iterated that it's not working. Logi believed that the driver worked perfectly under Rosseta, but hadn't really tested anything on a real M1 mac. Until recently. It's not something a top 1 brand should do.

Logitech, are there any updates on an ARM64 native application anytime soon? I'm close to dumping all Logitech products at our company and replacing them with something that works. Im getting constant complains for our Mac users.

Last macOS update helps a lot but logo option is not Apple Silicon native, please Logitech hurry up.
I’m planning otherwise to use USB OverDrive but one button is not recognized and I need all buttons

The lastest version is still Intel and not Apple Silicon native!!!!!!!
Sometimes lag spikes happens, IT NEEDS TO BE NATIVE!!!

I was wondering why my computer (2020 M1 Macbook Pro) seemed so sluggish recently. And then I saw this:

The program is constantly 'loading', on the purple screen below with the circle spinning. It never does load, though it did seem to update itself recently. But...a 90% constant load! I'm not sure you can really get much worse than that. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling - it works on the first install but then goes back to the above loop from then on. I'm giving up on trying to fix any of this now - even when it did work, the mouse experience was terrible, jumping and stalling all over the place at random times. I'm not sure what to do other than try other brands and leave Logitech behind - I absolutely love the hardware but trying to use it is exhausting.

Wow, Logitech sucks. Unsubscribing from this thread, since no progress have been made in the 8 or so months since I decided to return my MX Master 3 for a refund, and I doubt if I'll buy another logitech mouse with this slow dev-turnaround on the Apple Silicon drivers. Seemed like a perfect mouse for me, if only it had worked on my M1 MBA. GLHF to everyone reading this, I hope the drivers are fixed someday. <3

Yes Logitech sucks. I will keep in mind for the future, they will not see any more money from me.

I have bombarded support for weeks, and asked for a refund. In the end I have received it. Do the same guys. This is unacceptable

Every time I see a new post here I secretly hope it is a notification that the Apple Silicon version is ready :)

You know what would be the cherry on the cake? To wait 1.5 years for the Apple Silicon version, and when it is delivered to have same issues!!!

Just to let others know that this issue it is also problematic with Windows 10 pc.

Even with the unifying receiver it works fine mostly, then all of a sudden lags and stick all over the desktop, and gets stuck on just about every icon in the program your working with, and even in File Explorer.

This is the first time I have had any issues with any Logitech Gear - so I think MX 3 is just a dud.

Gave up trying to sort it and went back to my G700 - problem gone. Very disappointed....

    Extremely displeased with this.

The mouse works perfectly over Bluetooth with an Intel Mac running Catalina I use for work.

But both on a Macbook 12 2017 and a Macbook Air M1, both running Big Sur, it doesn't work properly. With the former is just unusable, the later displays intermittent lag, that it's not acceptable given the price tag.

I don't know if the problem is with Big Sur, I just want it to work properly.

Chiming in here to say that I am also experiencing enormous lag spikes on Mac OS Big Sur / M1 Macbook Air with the MX Master 3. The lag occurs on bluetooth AND with the unifying receiver, while the receiver is connected to a USB-C hub. I have bought a small one-port USB-A to USB-C converter, and am testing it out. So far this fixes my problem, but is a major annoyance, since a major selling point of the MX Master 3 was avoiding dongles (The M1 Air only has two USB-C ports)

I would appreciate any news on this issue - whose fault it is (Logitech or Apple), and what's being done to overcome this issue.

    Thanks!

I've been using SteerMouse for few days and all the issue are gone for me. Anyway I wanted to use Logi Options since it is the official app, a new versione is out and it is still intel only.... that incredible.

I have some issues with the MX Master 3 on my M1 Mac mini as well. It stutters, and the app takes a lot of memory. It seems to be using Rosetta 2 as it is not natively rewritten for the Apple Silicon. I hope Logi Options releases a new update where the software gets compatible with M1 Macs.

Sometimes the demon crash and buttons don’t work anymore, often the mouse stutter, less now with LogiOption+. It consume more ram than needed. All these things could be fixed with a native Apple Silicon version.

Can we expect an outstanding performance and unbelievable software/hardware integration when the m1 version is released? It better be. Is the only way to make sense of this delay. Very disappointed.

Hey Logitech, any updates on a timeline for native M1/arm support? It's been a while, and with more and more people getting new MacBooks this problem will grow bigger.
