Problems with newly installed Circle View (Video and face detection)
AnsweredOur new Circle View was installed on my husband's Homekit and I am being shared with, so basically I have no control on the face detection and we don't know how to set it. Yet... we have another bigger problem - video streaming!
Both of us have 2TB iCloud storage, so we should have satisfied the criteria of using iCloud streaming of Circle View, but we found it nowhere to check the past video. I checked some comments that a 5G router may cause this problem.. I have disabled the 5G and only 2.4G is in the apartment... and still, can't see any past video. What have we missed or what should we do to allow we check the past video? Also, does the face detection come with video recording? As I cannot do anything with the face detection now, and which is the key reason how we bought this camera... please help!!!
