    Also, there wasn't a specific power event that happened when it lost power (e.g. lightning storm, power surge, etc) so that only adds to the mystery here.

    Oh and my transformer is 16V / 10VA, which at least on paper is more than enough to power this little guy.

    Have you checked the chime kit. Is the led on? My chime kit never worked and that is the symptom I got. My workaround and I am not condoning it is to hookup the chime as before (w/o chimekit and hook original wires to trans and front. The camera will work but the chime will be a little “wonky”. This would confirm that you issue might be the chime box and then call support. It might be a while for resolution.

    I’ve had the same issue twice in 48 hours. When I reset the breaker it turns back on, but that’s not possible when I’m at work. My HelloTech electrician helped install it about 4 days ago, but this just started happening. He installed a new transformer since my old one wasn’t strong enough.
