Hi, I do have the exact same issue, Apple Mac Mini M1 with Big Sur.
I did install Logi Capture but when trying to start it it keeps crashing.
    Any hint on that one?

    Best, Nick

I just downloaded the latest "Beta" today again and still just crashes.

What kind of a joke is this? When is the Apple silicon version now going to be released?

Logicapture is still crashing on MacMini with Big Sur!  The Mac does not seem to recognize the camera at all, it does not light up.  When will Logitech fix this?

    Hi Jim,

Thanks for reaching out. We would suggest you try the steps provided in the link below:

    Check Screen Time settings
If your Mac is using macOS Catalina and you use Screen Time, make sure your camera is turned on and apps that use the camera have time available.

Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Screen Time.
Click Content & Privacy in the sidebar, then click Apps.
Make sure the checkbox for Camera is selected.
Click App Limits in the sidebar. If you need to use your camera with an app in the list, make sure the checkbox for Limits is not selected.

    Give apps permission
If your Mac is using macOS Mojave or later, choose which apps can use your built-in camera:

Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Security & Privacy.
Click the Privacy tab, then click Camera in the sidebar.
Select the checkbox next to the apps that you want to use your camera in. You might be prompted to quit and reopen an app before it can use your camera.

    Try another app
Try to use your camera in another app. For example, if you can't use your camera in FaceTime, open Photo Booth.

In case you need any additional support, please write back to us.

    Hello Arvind,

what is this? How is this supposed to get a non-M1 adapted SW to run? Seriously!?

When will Logitech finally get a M1 compatible LogiCapture out? The "latest" Beta is from April - Jesus!

    Hi Stefan,

Please be informed that Logitech Capture is not compatible with M1 currently and you can try installing with Rosetta.

We will take this as feedback and pass this along to our team. We always want to ensure we are providing our customers with the best products and experience.

Let us know if there is anything else in the future we can do to assist.

„ is not compatible with M1 currently“

It has been more than 10 months now that M1 has become available and you still cannot even offer a roadmap!?!

Doesn’t anyone at Logitech (product owner, sw engineering manager, CTO, CEO?) give a fuck?

Yeah, wow, how much money do I get from you for sharing the "provide working and stable SW for Apple products" feedback?

Or do you mean the one with "having a SW products roadmap"?

Or the one with anyone (product owner, sw engineering manager, CTO, CEO?) giving a fuck about your customers?
