    HELLO !

    I HAVE C920 AND MY CAMERA DIDENT RESPONDED ONLY MIC WAS DETECTED BUT THE CAMERA WAS NOT DETECTED NOT BY THE LOGITECH-CAPTURE AND NOT BY WINDOWS .
    I DOWNLOADED THE NEW UPDATE-CAMERA-DRIVER BUT NO CHANGE , STILL NO RECOGNIZE .

    SO I EVENTUALLY UNDERSTOOD THE HOLE SITUATION WAS BLOCKED IN THE WINDOWS-OPTIONS , CAMERA .

    I have the same problem, it is a joke.

    So reset is not so option if you do not have another adhesive to place back on window....what a sham!!!
