    Hi Jeff, 

    Thank you for reaching out.  It seems this may be an issue with your device if it is viewable on your iPad.  Can you make sure your iPhone is up to date and perform a restart on it please?  If that doesn't help, please try logging out of your iCloud account and back in on your phone.

    I originally thought I was having a WiFi connectivity issue until I tried exactly this. When trying to access the live video on either my iPad or iPhone, I get the unresponsive message. But I just tried over cellular data and it worked just fine, so I seem to be having the identical issue. Have you gotten a resolution to your issue yet?

    My VPN on both the iPad and iPhone appear to be playing a role but I haven't been able to narrow it down to a reproducible issue yet.

    Hi lee. Mine still doesn’t work. I’ve worked with logic tech support and Apple and all the suggestions didn’t fix it. Hope you have success
