    If your computer does not detect your webcam, follow these steps:

    • Try a different USB port on your computer.

    • Make sure the webcam is not connected to a USB hub or docking station.

    • Verify that you are using the correct driver for your webcam by going to the Downloads tab on your product's support page.

    • If your webcam is connected to a USB 3.0 port (usually marked with a blue plastic insert), use a USB 2.0 port.

    • Try to connect the webcam to another computer.

      NOTE: If a second computer does not detect the camera, the camera may be defective.
