I have tried creating a new Home in HomeKit, and still can't add the cameras.

Is your network running 5hz with 2.4 ?

The cameras only support 2.4 hz many routers combine these into 1 WiFi name and password

i had to split my networks apart to get better results (but still having some issues )

Piggy backing on what Ashley said.  I don't use Homekit, just the app, and my camera had worked fine for a few months.  Then all of a sudden it quit a few days ago and wouldn't go past the "name location" screen.  On a whim, I tried just shutting down my 5hz channel (they were separate already) and like magic, the camera connects now.

Edit added - This is a circle 2 for me.  I just wanted to add my experience and that shutting off 5hz worked for our wireless.

Hi Brain, what app are you using ? The circle view camera solely works with HomeKit

have you got the circle 2 camera ?

I'm sorry, in my excitement I forgot the thread I was on.  It is the circle 2, not the circle view.  I just wanted to chime in since Logitech support told me my circle 2 was bricked (it hung on the name screen) and after turning off 5hz, it works now.  I can delete if needed.

I was able to unbrick the cameras by setting up a separate wifi with a different SSID, and a separate Homekit Home. After adding the cameras to the new home on the new wifi, I removed them from the new home, and they reset correctly. I was then able to rejoin my original wifi network and add them to my original Home again.
