I have the same issue. Meet Now install during a Windows 10 update. My video no longer works with any application. Audio seems to work. I've reloaded my drivers and Logitech capture. I get the error that the camera is being used by another application or not installed. I uninstalled Zoom. Meet Now is live on my taskbar, but it does not recognize my camera either. I can't figure out how to disable Meet Now to troubleshoot my camera.

The issue may be the result of a Windows 10 update.

    Suggestions?

I have exactly the same problem with Caz Fletch and Ted McLyman.  My webcam kept on flickering and nothing can fix it.  Not happy with the Windows 10 update messed it up, before that everything was fine.  How can it be fix up soon? Please let us know!

    Thank you!

I finally did a live chat. We finally figured that the latest Win update disabled all my camera permissions. Try this:

    1. Open Windows settings

    2. Open Privacy

    3. Scroll down, open Camera

    4. Turn on "Allow desktop apps to access your camera."

This worked on my HP Envy Desktop. Now every video/camera device and app works.
