Logitech C920
AnsweredMy (6 month old) webcam literally worked one day and not the next. I suspect a microsoft update has knocked it out. I have uninstalled and re-installed.
Specifically for 32 bit on Windows 7 (yes - I know). Does anybody have any ideas?

I have the same issue. Meet Now install during a Windows 10 update. My video no longer works with any application. Audio seems to work. I've reloaded my drivers and Logitech capture. I get the error that the camera is being used by another application or not installed. I uninstalled Zoom. Meet Now is live on my taskbar, but it does not recognize my camera either. I can't figure out how to disable Meet Now to troubleshoot my camera.
The issue may be the result of a Windows 10 update.

I finally did a live chat. We finally figured that the latest Win update disabled all my camera permissions. Try this:
1. Open Windows settings
2. Open Privacy
3. Scroll down, open Camera
4. Turn on "Allow desktop apps to access your camera."
This worked on my HP Envy Desktop. Now every video/camera device and app works.
