    I'm having this same problem. Anyone have any updates? I've tried the camera on two different computers and have the same issue.

    I fixed the problem like this:

    • Go to Control Panel...Hardware and Sound....Manage Audio Devices....Recording
    • Select Properties for webcam
    • In Advanced - set Default Format to 2 Channel 32 bit 32000Hz (FM Radio Quality)
    • Allow applications to take exclusive control

    Have about the same problem. I do not get the C920Pro to work in facebook for using video calls and not in Messenger. Is there any attitude to do in facebook?

    Har ungefär samma problem. Jag får inte C920Pro att fungera i facebook för att använda videosamtal och inte i Messenger. Är det någon inställning att göra i facebook?
