I’m having the same issue. People at the door cannot hear me through the speaker. How can I increase the volume of the speaker?

Yes - please add my 'vote' to this issue as well.  The volume is too low and visitors cannot hear our responses through the doorbell.

I found a workaround on Reddit.....download the iDevices Connected app and click on the “motion sensor,” I have mine listed as entrance; anyway, scroll down to advanced and you should see that the volume will be at 77% and slide it to 100%. It is noticeably louder and easier for the person to hear you at the door....I just wish it was a tad bit louder. Hope this helps and hoping for a future firmware update to resolve this dilemma.

I having the same issue and don't know why we should have to a work around for one of the critical features of this device which is one of the more expensive ones on the market.

The Homekit app does not support it, but the (free to download) Eve for Homekit app does!

Thank you for the suggestion! I tried this and the Eve for HomeKit shows the speaker volume is at maximum, but it’s still not very loud at the doorbell itself.

I’d also love to know how to increase the outdoor speaker volume

I agree with Marc.  Praveen or anyone from Logitech, can this issue get prioritized in your open issues list?

Add my vote to this, too. Not being able to control the volume makes the device worthless for conversing with people - the speaker is virtually impossible to hear at the doorbell.

just bought the doorbell from apple store and i couldnt figure out how to increase the speaker volume. This is the most important feature that i expect from this doorbell camera and it was not addressed

Any progress on getting the volume fixed on this doorbell? The volume is so weak at the doorbell no one can hear what we are saying. This renders the doorbell useless and a waste of money.

We are going to replace ours if there isn't a solution.

Major disappointment this isn't fixed after all this time. Logitec?

This problem still hasn't been resolved. Is there or is there not a way to increase the volume at the doorbell itself so that visitors can hear you talking to them properly?  This needs to be answered decisively.

It’s been a year now and no fix. Logitech used to be someone you could trust. Guess those days are gone forever.
