    I just updated my Capture software and it won't even open now and this is the 2nd time it's done this when I've done an update. The last time customer service tried telling me it was Apple's issue which I knew better but I called Apple anyway just to dot all my i's and cross my t's and once they told me it wasn't an issue with them I called Logitech back and they still tried to push it off on Apple. So at this point I don't even know what to do. I can tell you I won't be upgrading my software again since this seems to be a constant issue with Logitech. Last time I was able to find a fix through a forum on here but I can't find that one now and it took several weeks for the fix to come out. I have a YouTube channel and upload content 3 plus times a week which really hurt me last time and I can't afford to be down that long again. I hope your able to figure out your issue.

    I bought this webcam on Amazon because sponsored as "follow my face" feature but it seems not
    no software no drivers available for this, but only in the past with an old software named Logitech Webcam Software (lws280.exe) which no longer works

    I'm waiting an answer but I'm afraid I did a mistake on purchasing this model, I hope I'll get help sooner

    I've queries about the performance. Picture is very delaied within Microsoft Teams!! and compared to the integrated cam at my lapop really poor! what's wrong about (Win 10, office 365, bitdefender as some specific software environment)?
