Circle View Camera quit recording

I have been using a Circle View camera with an iPAD Pro as a Home Hub.  It worked OK until I changed the location of it together with the iPAD Pro that I upgraded to iPAD OS14.3.
Now, the camera does not record, I cannot access it from outside and the Home App does not show recording, 
It does not look like there is a new firmware for the camera.  I also tried reinstalling the iPAD Pro after factory reset.  I have not tried reinstalling iOS14.3 but that may be the next thing I should do when I get a Mac PC.
