Can the sensitivity or field of view be changed on the Circleview Doorbell?

    No it cannot be changed! This is due to the limitations in HomeKit

    if this is limits of HomeKit why does the features on box for HomeKit state customizable activity zones.

    It says customizable activity zones meaning you can make them a different custom size has nothing to do with Sensitivity or field of view.

    Under the camera settings! Open up the camera live feed then select halfway down activity zones and it will be a 4 point that can be adjusted according Lee

    There is a ⚙️ wheel at top left select that for the settings to come up

    Shawn,

    I have been trying to find that very setting but not showing up. Does the camera need to be st to record to the cloud. Will need to purchase more iCloud space for that. Once I purchase will the settings change. For now there is not a setting for activity zones. I thought perhaps the camera needs an update but it says it is up to date.

    I believe that the 200gb plan works for one camera! If you have more than one up to 4 then you need the 2tb plan (which I currently have)

    Oddly enough, I don’t see the option for Activity Zones on my phone, but I do when I use the iPad for the camera settings.

    I have this on both iPhone and iPad and there is not an activity zone selection anywhere. I don’t think signing up for an ICloud account and switching to record will give me that option but going to try soon.

    Yes I believe signing up unlocks that feature, but could be wrong I hope it works for you. Remember it need to be a paid subscription 200gb or higher.

    The answer for activity zone being available is that you have to choose specific motion in the settings vs. any motion.

    These setting should allow you to then see the Select Activity Zones back on the first page.

    If you select Any Motion Detected on that last screen, you will not see the Select Activity Zones dialog on the first page.

    When I signed up for iCloud storage and was able to change my setting to stream and record the activity zones option became available. I really didn’t want to have to record but without setting activity zone the activity notifications was non stop. Thanks to all of you for your assistance. For future selling point may want to consider being able to set activity zone without recording.
