Not receiving a notification on phone or watch when the doorbell is pressed

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and 6 series Apple Watch. My doorbell detects motion, records video and sends me notifications at night time when it detects something, but I’m not receiving notifications whenever the doorbell is pressed. Everything is enabled to allow for doorbell notifications, I’m just not receiving them. I contacted Apple support and they said I should contact Logitech.

  I’m experiencing the same issue.

  What’s strange is that my iPad and my family’s phone receive the doorbell notification. The iPhone has the same settings, and I receive all other Home notifications, but I do not receive the doorbell notification.

  Hello. I'm experiencing the exact same problem. My HomePod receives it fine and so does my iPad. I don't receive any "Someone rang the doorbell" notifications on my iPhone (12 Pro) or Watch (S4). I submitted a request since solutions do not seem to be posted here.
