    Same here. Still waiting for a response from Logitech support. It defies the idea of a video doorbell right!

    @nils good luck with a response more like turn tricks and jump thru a hoop.. You got to love (hate) Praveen R's responses they are all a copy and past method, no actual fixes or answers. Post an actual answer here @Praveen R so others can use it if need be.

    Shawn Llewellyn you are right, never got a meaningful response. Logitech Doorbell is not a bad product but has some flaws. The support (or better, the lack thereof) is really a joke. I was expecting much more from a brand like Logitech. They really should be ashamed.

    I had this problem and I had the chime module wired wrong. Correcting that fixed it.
