Circle View Doorbell Camera is not available right right after ringing doorbell.
AnsweredI have a circle view doorbell. Immediately after ringing the doorbell, the live stream says "camera not available". This lasts about 30 seconds to a minute. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to force a power cycle, and it worked without problem for a few hours, then the problem came back. I also wondered if my chime was causing a voltage drop and turned it off, but the problem continues.
The rest of the time I can see the camera stream just fine--it's only a problem when someone rings the bell. Also, I see that Homekit secure video recordings are cut off when someone rings the bell.
