    I like my Circle View Doorbell, but I have this issue as well as many others on reddit. Motion detection was the first thing I turned off, unfortunately. Has anybody seen or heard of any resolutions yet?

    Also, what good is a Community forum if all replies are via email?

    Support did, indeed, open a ticket in response to my post. I received a message directly from them saying "known issue, devs investigating, no fix at this time". I appreciate that they acknowledged the issued.

    +1 on the sentiment that conversations in the forum are more helpful than point to point responses.

    Having the same issue . . . hope this is fixed soon as the feature to turn on lights when motion is detected is a nice one.
