    I have the same issue. I upgraded the transformer to a 16V 30VA and I still get only flashing white light.

    The main thing to look at if you meet the required electrical specs and you're still getting a flashing white light on the Doorbell is the wiring between the Chime Kit and the your indoor chime. If you don't have it installed it has to be wired in and you can find the setup guide that will walk you through the entire install below. You can also use the guide once you get to the install portion to check your wiring as well.
