I have now the same problem (also MX Masters 3 + MX Keys)
After first insalling the function was that the keyboard switched automatically from Mac to Win10-PC. But atfer shutdown and new start (after two days) the keyboard does not shitch automatically - I have to switch manually via #1 - #2.

    What is the reason therefor?

    Please help!!

Is there an answer to this. I have a Surface Pro 7 and a desktop running Windows 10. When I switch from the Desktop to the Surface, the keyboard link works fine. But when I go from the Surface to the desktop, the keyboard stays with the Surface. I'm not even sure which end the problem exists.. the send or the receive? Not sure which one to change.

Thanks in advance for your help. I have rebooted both and the problem is still the same. I fear disabling and enabling again because last time it took me an hour to get it to work again.

Edit: I have the MX Keys and the M720 Mouse. And they are both connected via unified receivers
