CircleView/Circle 2 Compatibility

Currently using two Circle 2 cameras, both through windows to outside, one with a window mount.  Wanted to add a third Circle 2 but found it replaced by CircleView.

Will the CircleView operate through a window as does the Circle 2?  Is a window mount available?  Is the app I'm currently using for Circle 2 compatible with CircleView?

I use Apple equipment, but didn't have much success with Circle 2 and Homekit playing well together.  Circle 2 works well with the Logi app.
