Circle View Doorbell/Circle View Secure Video recording went away with AppleOne account upgrade.

    Hi Ed,

    Thank you for choosing the Logitech Circle Doorbell.

    Here are a few of things to try if you are not getting notifications or recordings

    • If you have been invited as a viewer of the Doorbell, make sure you were given access rights to the recordings.
    • Reset network settings on viewing device: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network settings.
    • Make sure your device iOS is up to date.
    • Log out of your iCloud account and log back in.
    • Try viewing the recordings on a different device.
