My doorbell constantly cycles offline throughout the day and night. Noticed a decent amount of folks on these boards having the same issue. Opened a support ticket and exchanged daily emails last week with support. I've reset the doorbell, installed it on a 2.4ghz band only to have it go directly back to 5ghz when put back on its mount, and a number of basic steps as directed. The doorbell runs really really hot even when cloudy rainy and ambient temp is in the 70s. Have not been able to download any logs in the HomeKit app due to a constant error. Last correspondence with support, I was asked for some information and photos. That was last Friday and I responded with all information within 30 minutes. Support has yet to responded any further. Maybe they gave up? Have others had problems with support tickets going unanswered?
At this point I guess I will contact the Apple Store to request a return because the doorbell is pretty useless and now support has ghosted.
Noticed that someone closed this thread for comments but yet Logitech Support has still not contacted me any further? Is there a specific reason that Logitech Support has stopped responding? Please advise here or through my open support ticket with how I should proceed. This is extremely frustrating and the doorbell can't be returned?
