    Still waiting for version 3.5 or the Circle 2 App to be fixed. Unusable which means that I cannot re-configure the cameras.

    Support disappeared on me about 10 days ago as well.  Same issues with my doorbell.  I have been posting but no one has acknowledged me yet.  Good luck!

    I gave up on support via here or Twitter. I've downloaded and installed the previous version of the Android app. That's allowed me to try reset of the camera that has dropped offline but to no avail, it looks like that 2018 camera is now kaput. So that's software, hardware and services that are all deficient.  My forward path is to install a professional quality Hikvision CCTV system with NVR and to say goodbye to Logitech completely.

    Bizarrely my camera came back to life. I shall stick with the earlier app version that works though. Lost confidence with the solution now.

    The camera started working, the App did not so uninstalled and installed the prior version. That means I have to turn off Android auto updates to keep the untested version off my phone.
