Circle 2 new app, omg?????? who is the engineer who created this?
only problems with the new version of the application while before that, no problem....
Do you test the applications before putting them in the download store?
here are the problems:
1) quit the app, log in to a web browser, return to the app, is there anything more complicated? are you serious?
2) even if you check the "stay connected" box, after a while it automatically disconnects (I tested with safar and google chrome, same problem.
3) since after a while it disconnects itself, I have to redo the operation from the beginning to connect and 1x out of 2 it doesn't work - as a result I have to turn off the phone and turn it on again to be able to connect.
4) I don't have the images anymore when I receive notifications
who can help me please?
how to go back to the old version of the application?

I managed to get “back to normal” by resetting each camera one at the time and get all the notifications ok. But the main issue is that we are logged off automatically after a while and need to log in again via this f@“&kr)! website again.
Sometimes even complicated to logg in (you have to logg out on your own on the website first..).Just switch off this automatic disconnection Logitech! Just to start with…

The only one I got was:
“ - Forget device
-Uninstall and re-install application
-try to log in to the website https://www.logitech.com/en-us
-try to use a diff device to log in”And of course it doesn’t help. I replied “
- forget your new app
- uninstall and reinstall the previous version
- or try to update the app without continuously asking to logg in”…They didn’t reply 😇

Can only agree with all of the comment. It been a really great product working well with the app, and suddenly after the upgrade is it just a crappy product.
Sorry to see that Logitech does not come with any feedback to all the users - either in this thread or on the support page :-(
