Circle View causing massive increase of mobile data

Hello,

since I have added Circle View Camera to Apple Homekit, the amount of mobile data of all iPhones in my family increased dramatically. Just like as if everyone was streaming the live camera all the time on his mobile. I'm talking about several 100MB per day! Apple support suggested to remove the camera from Homekit. After that, the amount mobile data was in normal range again.

Is a problem like this known?

What can be done to prevent this from happening? I want to use my Circle View Camera, again!
