I have uninstalled version 3.5 and reverted back to the prior version due to the same problem.  This means 'side-loading' the App from a third party App secure site rather than Google Play Store and thendisabling automatic updates. This is inconvenitent, not a recommended approach and not something that I feel comfortable with having to resort to. Lets hope a fix is forthcoming soon. Why do companies not make it easier to roll-back from within the App stores?

I wish I could do the same in iOS. Now I’m stuck with this version that doesn’t display an alert image notification and, to top it all off, I’m paying a monthly subscription for the service. I have also noticed that the video streaming quality has been affected. Their product / mobile app team needs to resolve this ASAP for all users.

Why is Logitech not doing anything about it and not informing people. In the app-store the ratings went to 1.4 within weeks and I cannot use the system anymore - it is a shame and just not fair business! Unacceptable!

I allowed Google PlayStore to update to 3.5  again today to give it another try based on comments in the PlayStore.  Without doing anything other than that is has started working again. Truly bizarre. With one camera being less relaible, this software now presenting issues and Logi Circle 2 being discontinued I have started thinking about a replacement using a professional grade system where I install, set-up and then do not rely on a third party (i.e. local configuration and remote access  browser based not app).
