Logitech Circle 2 won't connect

Hello

 

I bought a Logitech CIRCLE 2 in an Apple store in Aug 2019

 

I used it from 2019 to 2020 and I want to use it again after moving house.

I have tried to reconnect it to a new wifi that is with ORANGE.

The CIRCLE camera has been reset using the little button on the side but the CIRCLE application won't recognise the camera anymore. The blue lights flash.

Sometimes it does and says 'Got It' then it goes back to searching.

  The iPhone used is an IpHone 11 with the latest software.
