My Circle 2 wireless camera isn't working.

I changed my Wi-Fi password yesterday. When doing so it disconnected my camera. When I tried to reconnect my camera and reset it. It doesn't work. When I press the button and it turns magenta and green, but when I let go, it doesn't turn blue. And says my Bluetooth isn't working/connecting (my Bluetooth is on btw).

  I would suspect you're not holding it long enough for a reset. I would try holding the reset button for 15 seconds and then setting it up.

  However long I press the reset button, the light gone once I release the button and no light anymore? How can I solve this?
