Same issue! I have restarted my wifi network couple of times, I have most recent iOS versions on my every device but still my HomeKit does not find Circleview camera. I have in my same network 3 Circle 2 cameras and those are working fine.

I am also having this problem - very frustrating! I have seen elsewhere that this may be linked to a software update? I have also logged a ticket and hope this matter will be resolved soon.

Same issue. Replaced the doorbell once already. I have a feeling it’s the power.

What type of transformer is everyone using? Volts? Va? Direct or going through their chime adapter? Have you checked voltage with a multimeter?

I made sure to get a 24vac 40va transformer after people had commented that anything less than that wasn’t enough to keep it powered. Last doorbell I had was POE like this one should have been so didn’t have any issues. These companies should quit trying to make their projects work with what is just typically there. Or at least leave the option to connect it properly. Heck if the usb plug was on the back I could power it that way with a simple poe to 5v Dc adapter. You know there are Ethernet connectors on the board. They just needed to add a connector. Then no wifi issues or anything like that. Even UniFi’s doorbell… they failed to put a Ethernet port on it. Ubiquiti!

Anyway I’ve also learned recently that transformers such as these that power alarm systems and old school doorbells also are not exactly 24v but more like usually 27v. Maybe this difference is what is killing it?

Btw I didn’t use the ‘chime adapter’ or buck converter regulator they supplied. First one I got didn’t work out of the box. Smelled of burnt plastic before I hooked it up. And I don’t have a mechanical or digital chime anyway. Just AirPod minis and Apple TV’s, iPhones, watches, iPads in the walls. Assumed that would be sufficient.

Also worth mentioning that power going to the transformer that powers the doorbell is supplied from a online UPS that’s conditioning the power so it’s always perfectly in spec pure sine wave.  It’s inside a server closet that also powers the systems of the house. So it’s not that. And the transformer is grounded. https://www.amazon.com/Transformer-Compatible-Doorbell-Thermostats-Certified/dp/B083R621RV/

Installed May 2021. I have 16V 10VA transformer. Voltage at door tested at 19V. Camera gets almost too hot to touch. Camera goes offline for a few minutes most every day (even at night). It is not in direct sunlight most of the day. The night vision is turned off. I have pulled out and reset doorbell without any change. I just put a ticket in.

I received an email response from tech support. They said to disable 5ghz band on router (I assume that meant temporarily during the reset) and go through reset procedure for camera. My doorcam was already on my Verizon FIOS 2.4ghz band but I went ahead and went through the reset procedure with my 5ghz band off. This did not fix anything. My 2.4ghz wifi signal at the doorbell is very strong and my internet speed at the doorbell is around 30mb up and down. Camera works great 95% of the time but it is very annoying that it goes down several times for a few minutes most every day. I do have the indoor chime adapter installed. I have a typical old school type electro mechanical doorbell inside. I replied to that email-waiting for a response.

Tech support emailed me twice yesterday. They downloaded Beta software 8.12.14 to my camera. Hopefully that will fix problem with going off line randomly. So far so good. The new software also got rid of the static background noise when viewing camera. Thanks for the quick response.
