Hi, I have recently contacted support and logged a call regarding my Circleview 2 camera constantly going offline. The case ID is 6801861. I was told that I would receive an email and/or call back, but I have had neither.
This is a great camera and works perfectly when online. Trouble is, after about 1 or 2 weeks it simply goes offline. I have worked in IT most of my life and am an Electrician, so I am not overlooking the simple things;-)
I have many other devices on the network, and this Logitech Circle view is the only thing giving me grief. Purchased it from Apple a couple of months ago. regards
