Still waiting on refund from Digital River Ireland Ltd

Hi I paid for a Logi Circle subscription and immediately cancelled it because it didn’t do what it said it would and I’m still waiting on the refund. On the order page there was a web form to request cancellation and I filled it in almost immediately. It has been 10 days now so thought I would contact you so you could check on it thanks.

  Join the 399 people who've already reviewed Digital River. laptop on December 20 and cancelled same day and still waiting for refund beginning of April.

  I opened a case with Paypal against Digital River and it closed in my favour and I was refunded the £2.99. Here is the info I provided to Paypal when I opened the case:

  Was sold an upgrade to a camera cloud storage that claimed if I paid I could immediately view more than 24 hours of old video up to 14 days. After I paid I found I could only view around 1.5 days, hence not as described and useless to me because the recording I needed to view was 3 days ago, so I immediately requested a refund and cancelled the plan. I did not receive the requested refund so contacted the seller of the service (Digital River) who refused the refund and said to contact Logitech who rejected my email.
