My two cameras are working perfectly, I am told all of the time when they have detected action. The huge problem is, I cannot view the screen because Add New Camera fills the screen! It will not go,away! I have got a number from Logitech and sent numerous emails to them, asking for help? To date I have not had not one reply from them. They are just ignoring me! I am an old lady and it’s vitally important for me to monitor my surroundings. I have written to Logitech and begged them to help me? Can they get into my computer and take the “Add new camera away? Or tell me what to do? Please?
