Issue with Logitech Streamcam and Logitech Capture

    Hi Thierry,

    Thanks for reaching out. We would suggest you try the steps provided in the link below:

    1. Re-seat to another USB port. Bypass the use of KVM switch boxes, port replicators, docking stations, and USB hubs if any
    2. Prefer using USB 2.0 rather than USB 3.0 ports. For additional reference, refer to 
    3. Uninstall then reinstall the driver in Device Manager.
    4. Update the driver in Device Manager as well.
    Go to Device Manager
    Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager

    Check each of these component categories:
    Imaging devices
    Sound, video and game controllers
    Universal Serial Bus controllers

    You should see a "USB Video Device" entry under each.
    NOTE: If all of these three entries show "USB Audio Device," you'll need to manually load the Logitech driver for each entry. 
    To update each "USB Video Device" entry:

    After selecting Update Driver, the Hardware Update Wizard will appear. Select the "No, not this time" option and then click the Next button.

    Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)" and then click Next.

    Select the Logitech camera as your device and then click Next.

    The drivers will begin to install.
    Click the Finish button once the installation process is complete.
    ​Click the Yes button to restart your computer for the changes take effect.
    ​5. Test the webcam in different application. You can test it on www.webcamtoy.com.
    6. For further testing, close the Logitech Webcam Software in the System Tray and check if the behavior persists. Uninstall other third-party applications which is also capable of configuring webcam actions
    7. Test the webcam on a different computer.

    Hello. Let's help me. I can't use software Logitech Capture with Webcam C930c. What I can do it?. It's not get Webcam C930c.

    Hi Vinh,

    The C930c is not a supported device for the Logitech Capture application and therefore will not be recognized. If you can confirm that your device is a C930c, we recommend using an application that works with the C930c such as Logitech Camera Settings or Logi Tune.
