    Same problem here for months. Camera not responding from outside the network, only from within the network. Stopped responding suddenly without any changes on the network. No solution from support. Only the same advice and emailsupport of rebooting and reinstalling, with no structural solution. To bad for  logitech. Will not buy and recommend any Logitech device in the future.

    Same issue here too. It only occasionally happened when it first got the unit, but its happening more frequently now
