    Same problem here for months. Camera not responding from outside the network, only from within the network. Stopped responding suddenly without any changes on the network. No solution from support. Only the same advice and emailsupport of rebooting and reinstalling, with no structural solution. To bad for  logitech. Will not buy and recommend any Logitech device in the future.

    Same here and suddenly a lot more recently. I have not changed my network at all and have had rock solid connectivity with my Unifi wifi (not a mesh network).

    I have 5 of these purchased at once...all junk.  Will not stay connected for any period of time.  Bell Giga Wifi. 2.4ghz.  Close range...selling all at a loss.  Logitech, your products and service are terrible.
