Logi Capture Software Sucks!
AnsweredI have finally given up on Logitech putting the EFFORT to fix the logi capture software. It freezes and glitches while recording and it never did that before. I am on a new HP Envy laptop with the proper specs to run the Brio camera.
So tired of the tech reps blaming my computer specs instead of putting the time needed to make the capture software work properly.

Logitech cannot say they have answered this question if they have not resolved the issue.
LOGITECH CAPTURE version 2.00.226 software enables HD capture at 60 FPS. New versions are horrible and I wonder: why don't they fire all their programmers?
You have to be extraordinarily inept to be with the same problem for so long.

Just want to add that I am also terribly disappointed in the Logi Capture software. The Framerate Lag is terrible in basically every possible capture program, as well in Logi Capture itself.
I run an i9-11900K @ 5.2GHz, 32GB of 3200MHz DDR4, an EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING Water-cooled GPU, and have my Logitech Brio camera plugged into a USB 3.2 20GB/s port on an MSI Z590 PRO WIFI motherboard. Everything is updated fully as of THIS VERY SECOND. I am currently running Windows 11, but have this issue on W10 (21H2) as well as every previous version of W10 for as long as I've had the camera.
TELL ME MY PC DOESN'T MEET THE SPECS FOR THIS FIVE-YEAR-OLD WEBCAM.
This is a long and well-documented issue, with no definitive correction.
You need to do better.
