    Hey Paul,

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about the experience, please complete the following:

Reinstall the G Hub with the following instructions, make sure to backup your G Hub settings and profiles file.

(If you want to backup the settings and/or their profiles, copy the settings.json to a different location on the computer. Uninstall G HUB and then copy the file back to the same file location. If asked to overwrite the file, say ‘yes’. ) :

    1. Uninstall G HUB
    2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
    3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
    4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
    5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
    6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
    7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
    8. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
    9. Reboot the PC
    10. Re-install G HUB: ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/gaming/lghub_installer.exe

After reinstalling please complete the following:

    • Update the device's firmware
    1. Launch the software, select the keyboard from the home screen then go to Settings
    2. If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen.

    Regards,

    Joseph

Instead of all this uninstall/reinstall stuff - do you have a link to the firmware that you can just send me? Feels like that would be simpler than hoping your buggy G Hub software figures it out.

    Hey Joseph,

I actually have tried that file and it doesn't detect my G915. I think it's for general/office keyboards and not the G series.

Also I just tried the uninstall/reinstall steps and G Hub still will not update my firmware. Please advise how I can get this done manually.
