Installing two (2) Circle View Doorbell units on an existing wired system
I have an existing wired doorbell system - 12Volt transformer. A front door and a side door, each with their own individual chimes (one vs. two). I received two Circle View units this past Christmas, but that time, these units were still fairly new and no one at Logitech could help me with this installation. Now that it's September, has anyone had any success with this kind of installation?

Dear GordyInMA1949,
Thank you for contacting Logitech! My name is Yogi and I will be helping you with any issues you have today. I understand you would like assistance with the Circle View Doorbell.
I'd like to inform you that you have to have a separate transformer, separate chime and a separate Circle View Doorbell for each doorbells. Also, Circle View Doorbell doesn't support two doors (rear-front, front-side)
For future reference, I would suggest you to follow the compatibility checker at the below link:

If you require any further assistance, please let us know.
Best regards,
Yogi

Hello again,
I have installed two door bells in two separate locations, on two separate transformers, with separate power feeds.I used the same size transformer for both doorbells - identical system setups.Doorbell 1 works just fine.Doorbell 2 is getting no power .Electrician tested the circuit and it works.Installed a regular doorbell on the same doorbell chime that Doorbell 2 was wired to with the chime kit - the analog doorbell works just fine. The chime kit is faulty, no green light comes on when connected.Tried doorbell 1 chime kit wired to Doorbell 2 transformer and chime, Doorbell 2 works just fine. There is a problem with the original chime kit for Doorbell 2.I would like to receive a replacement chime kit as soon as possible.I live in Canada, not the US.Purchased this product three weeks ago while in the US.Can I please have someone contact me to arrange shipping me a new chime kit?thanks for your help.
